Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle and Cebu Archbishop-emeritus Ricardo Cardinal Vidal walk towards Paul VI Hall in Vatican where cardinals from all over the world gather for a series of meetings prior to the conclave that would elect the next pope. According to the Vatican Press Office, 117 of the 207 members of the College of Cardinals are under 80 and eligible to vote for the successor of Pope emeritus Benedict XVI.
